The owner, a true friend and helpful tourism center. Quiet location away from main street bustle. Comfortable room with good size bed. Delicious and varied breakfast. Great hospitality, even guided town tour.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the beautiful Svaneti region and I must say, the location was absolutely stunning. Situated on a hill overlooking the valley city, the views from this hotel were like something out of a fairy tale. The mornings were simply magical. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities you would expect, including satellite TVs and air conditioning. But the highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. They used local eco products, and I was blown away by the taste of fresh, sun-ripe tomatoes. It was a true delight for the senses.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. I really can't fault it.

Our recent stay was fantastic, with a great location within walking distance to the town center. the rooms were comfortable and modern, with ensuite bathrooms and shower enclosures. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home and even delivering some forgotten items to us in another city! the homemade breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we enjoyed the stunning views from the hotel's terrace.
The absence of elevators made carrying our luggage up and down the stairs a bit of a hassle.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with great facilities such as AC and satellite TV. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, and we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close enough to the city center for a 10-minute walk, but far enough to have a quiet and peaceful stay.
Nothing to dislike.

One of the best hotels for a city break! The staff was always friendly and helpful, even though their English wasn't the best. But don't worry, there are some rooms with excellent views of the valley which compensates for everything. The location was perfect for walking to the city center and exploring the picturesque region. The breakfasts were delicious and had a lot of varieties to choose from.
The fan in the bathroom was too loud. The wifi connection worked well on the first floor, but on the upper floors, it wasn't that good.
